Handlung

Hubert ist 16 und liebt eigentlich seine Mutter – aber er kann es einfach nicht ertragen, ihr Sohn zu sein! Das liegt nicht nur daran, dass sie geschmacklose Pullis trägt, hässlich Brötchen isst oder sich während des Autofahrens schminkt. Sie macht auch ständig falsche Versprechungen, hört ihm nie richtig zu und weist prinzipiell jede Schuld von sich. Dass er irgendwann aufs Internat muss, macht die Sache nicht besser. Im Windschatten dieser leidenschaftlichen Hassliebe hat Hubert seinen ersten Freund, macht künstlerischen Entdeckungen und versucht Ordnung in sein Lebens- und Gefühlschaos zu bringen. Oder anders gesagt: Er wird erwachsen.
