Skurkarnas skurk is about the 12-year-old and rebellious Stephanie who dreams of becoming a superhero just like her deceased mother, but fails miserably at the entrance exam to the Hero School. She may get a second chance if she infiltrates the School of Rogues and manages to recover a powerful artifact that was stolen. At the Villain School, her loyalty is tested, while her hunt leads her to the Villain of Villains. An evil creature that is a threat to the future existence of heroes and villains alike.

Major Bill Cage is an officer who has never seen a day of combat when he is unceremoniously demoted and dropped into combat. Cage is killed within minutes, managing to take an alpha alien down with him.
