Storyline

An ordinary-looking man named William gets stuck in a suffocating traffic jam amid the oppressive heat, crowds, and noise of the big city. Unable to take the pressure any longer, he abandons his car and sets out on foot to his daughter's birthday party, whom he is forbidden to see, leaving an ever-growing trail of chaos and destruction behind him.
